Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Mango Tuesday audio software ("Plugins"). Mango Tuesday is a DBA of Lake Missoula Ventures, LLC ("we", "us"). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Who you buy from
Our checkout is operated by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for your order: Paddle handles checkout, payment, and any sales tax or VAT, and appears as the seller on your receipt and card statement. Refunds are therefore handled by Paddle under Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy. This page describes that process; if anything here differs from Paddle's refund policy or from your statutory rights, those control.
2. The general rule
The Plugins are downloadable digital goods, delivered electronically and immediately. Transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or as set out in Paddle's refund policy and this page.
So please check before you buy: each product page lists the supported systems and host formats (VST3, AU, Standalone) and describes plainly what the Plugin does. Every paid Plugin also offers a free 14-day trial on its product page, so you can confirm it runs well on your system before paying anything.
3. Your statutory rights
Statutory refund and withdrawal rights always apply, and nothing in this policy limits them. For example:
- if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase for any reason. That right ends early once you begin downloading the Plugin, where you agreed at checkout to immediate delivery;
- consumers in a number of other countries have similar cancellation rights with their own periods and conditions, as set out in Paddle's refund policy and the country-specific terms in Paddle's buyer terms.
4. Faulty or undelivered products
If your Plugin is not delivered, or will not install or run on a system we list as supported, contact us at ryan@mangotuesday.com: most delivery and licensing problems can be fixed quickly, and we would rather you had the Plugin working. Under Paddle's refund policy, a product that is defective or not delivered may entitle you to a replacement or a refund.
5. Other refund requests
Outside your statutory rights, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are considered case by case by Paddle and by us. Paddle also refunds duplicate charges and billing errors. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud or refund abuse.
6. How to request a refund
You can raise a refund request either way, whichever is easier:
- with Paddle, using the link in your Paddle receipt email or via paddle.net;
- with us, by writing to ryan@mangotuesday.com, and we will work with Paddle to resolve it. Including your order or receipt number helps.
7. How a refund is paid
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method, in the currency you were charged, normally within 14 days of approval. How long the money then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer.
When a purchase is refunded, the licence for that purchase ends. You agree to stop using the Plugin and to remove it from your systems.
8. Free downloads
Where a Plugin or other download is offered free of charge, there is nothing to refund, and this policy's provisions about paid purchases do not apply to it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force when you make a purchase governs that purchase. We will post the current version here with its effective date.
